1. Warranty on Defective Fabrics (Full Warranty)
What it covers: Any manufacturing defect in materials (fabrics) or workmanship under normal use. This includes issues like seams unraveling prematurely, fabric delamination, or abnormal pilling that occurs without crash damage.
What to do: Contact our customer service team with photos and a brief description of the issue. If confirmed as a defect, we will typically repair, replace, or provide a credit for the item at no cost to you.
Key Point: This is our commitment to quality. If the product fails on its own, we will make it right.
2. Limited Warranty for Crash/Accident Damage (Crash Replacement Program)
What it covers: Apparel that has been damaged in a verified bicycle accident (e.g., torn jersey, shredded shorts from a fall).
How it works: This is a discounted replacement program, not a free warranty. It allows you to replace your damaged gear at a significant discount off the retail price.
Process:
Contact us after the accident with details and photos of the damaged item.
Our team will verify the crash damage and provide you with a one-time use discount code (often 30-50% off, depending on the item and circumstance) to purchase a replacement for the same or similar product.
